We were so glad to have gotten some sleep, since we were so tired. Landon's bed wasn't that great but other than that the accommodations were good considering it's in the middle of nowhere!
Packing up for the day! Backpacks on top! Oh and 2 big barrels of extra gas, a spare tire, ice chests of food, 2 tanks of propane, and a stove! Hope the roof doesn't cave in!
Wheel-bearing change-out on the side of the road...They didn't have any grease so that's when the cooking oil came out. That's also when Landon got back in the car and said, I guess I'll let them handle this, haha
We were really happy with Torre Tours
Landon's favorite part of this trip was the llamas :) They tag the ears with different colors of yarn to tell which ones are theirs.
Love those teeth!
New baby only a few hours old. Drying out in the sun, proud momma!
So dusty, but oh so pretty!
Wild flamingos! We are starting to forget the English word and are saying things like flamanco. haha
Love the reflections!
Our groupie! Couple from Germany, York & Simona (age 47) and Brunna (late 20's) from London. York was a teacher and Simona a neurologist. Brunna is just an amazing world traveler! We really enjoyed our time with all of them!
