Siete Tazas Waterfalls - The Real Waterfall Chase!

We arrived in Curico on Thursday, found a hotel, and then checked out the town some. It's a really cute town and it seems small but they have a huge mall! The central park is adorable and they were having a craft fair, and Christmas festivities. Everyone was having ice cream so that was pretty cool, you kind of have to fit in right ;)

Breakfast at the hotel :)

Christmas train at the park

We headed off Friday morning in search of the 7 bowls waterfalls that we had heard about.

We arrive to find out that in fact there are no buses going out to the park because it is not high tourist season. So began our journey to get to the waterfalls. 2 buses, 8 different cars we hitchhiked with (a total of 120km hitchhiked), & 10km walking. Needless to say, we were exhausted when we got back but it was so worth it. This was our first real waterfall chase and it was amazing! So worth it!

Cement workers picked us up and we rode in the back. It was lucky we caught them because they went all the way to the park :)

Thumbin' it!

Pretty dusty!

You having fun yet babe!?

The amazing view of Siete Tazas we got after we arrived! Stunning!
